Please keep your online banking login data ready.

For bank transfer you will receive our bank data after purchasing via email.
The order will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment, a bank transfer usually takes 2 business days to arrive at the receiver.
In urgent cases we do not recommend paying via bank transfer.

Deutsche Post/DHL:
The regular delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days, to other European countries 3-8 working days and overseas 9 to 15 working days.
Delivery times start after receipt of payment, we ship immediately after receipt.
In case of delay in delivery, you will be informed immediately. In case of non-availability of the ordered goods we reserve the right to not deliver. In this case, we will inform you and refund already received payments immediately.
